Boome joined Mactodd in 2026 after returning home to Queenstown following a period of overseas travel. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance, from the University of Otago, and was admitted to the bar in March 2021.

After graduating, Boome practised as a commercial property and construction lawyer at a law firm in Auckland. During this time, she gained valuable experience in commercial leasing, contract negotiation and litigation. Boome has joined our commercial team, where she applies her previous experience to assist clients across a broad range of commercial matters.

A true Queenstown local, Boome loves the outdoors. She spent a ski season in Japan and worked as a hiking guide on the Milford Track. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, drawing and baking.
