Associate Duncan Anderson recently returned to New Zealand from Australia where he worked as a litigation solicitor for eight years.
Duncan continues to practice in many areas of commercial and civil dispute resolution including employment, real property, insolvency, trust and estate disputes and public administrative law.
Duncan has a particular interest in construction law which is recognised as a specialised area of legal practice. Duncan is a member of the NZ Society of Construction Law and is well on the way to completing a master of construction law degree at Melbourne Law School. He has recently had an essay published internationally in the UK Construction Law Journal - you can find this article here. He acts for clients on all aspects of “front end” and “back end” construction work.
In addition to NZ Law Society membership, Duncan holds legal registration in Queensland New South Wales and Victoria.
Outside work, Duncan enjoys cycling and golf.
