Experience:
Alan’s first priority is his commitment to the provision of a full range of legal services by the firm. This was Alan’s objective when he opened an office as a sole Practitioner in 1976 at Queenstown and remains his objective. Alan has had a career long interest in Local Authority legal services, business law and family trusts. Alan commenced practice in Dunedin in 1969. He practised in Invercargill before establishing a practice in Queenstown in 1975. This subsequently became the firm of Macalister Todd Phillips. Alan is a Notary Public. He has been legal counsel to participants in Joint Venture infrastructure projects in India and Pakistan and construction projects in Singapore and Malaysia. Education:
